- What do I need to get started?
- Just two things: a Telegram bot token (from @BotFather) and either a Claude Code token or an Anthropic API key. We handle everything else.
- Is my data safe?
- Your bot runs on an isolated VPS that only you have access to. Your API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. We never see or store your authentication details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, we securely delete your VPS and all associated data.
- What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
- BYOK means you use your own Claude authentication. You maintain full control over your API usage and costs. We never proxy or see your API calls.
- How long until my bot is live?
- After completing payment and setup, your bot will be live within 5 minutes. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's ready.
